The Vine Notebook is licensed, not sold, to you for use on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which applies in full.
Everything you put into the app belongs to you. We claim no rights over it, and we cannot read it — it never leaves your device.
Because your notebook lives on your phone and nowhere else, keeping a backup is your responsibility. Settings has a one-tap backup. Please use it. If you lose your phone, break it, or delete the app without a backup, your notebook cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.
If the app offers a paid subscription, the price, the length and the renewal date are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and cancelling is done in your iPhone's Settings, not here. If a free trial is offered, the date it ends and the price after it are stated on screen before you start it.
The Vine is a notebook. It is not counselling, therapy, medical advice, or pastoral care, and it is not a substitute for any of them. If you are struggling, please speak to a pastor, a doctor, or someone who loves you.
